- Delays caused by late approvals or payments may extend delivery time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country.
6. Returns & Claims
- Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Any claim must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photos as proof.
